There is still time until 8 August for the second edition of the Graduation Prize in memory of Benedetta Colombo

For the second year now, the University of Milan, with the contribution of the Benedetta Colombo Association, has launched a competition to award a study prize in memory of Benedetta Colombo.

The competition is open to graduates (within one year of graduation), three-year undergraduates, master's degree students, one-cycle master's degree students, in the fields of law, social sciences and psychology at the University of Milan, who have written a thesis on bioethical, legal or psychological issues relating to minors, intra-family relations, social vulnerability, the law and the protection of persons, minors, the family and foreigners.

The lawyer Benedetta Colombo, who died in September 2020, graduated from the University of Milan with a thesis in Philosophy of Law on the moral and material abandonment of minors and worked as a family lawyer and expert in minors' law. One of the leading actors of the Juvenile Chamber of Milan, in 2014 she founded Studio Incipit, where lawyers and psychologists share their experience and expertise with an interdisciplinary approach.
