Martina Elisabetta Pasquin

Born in 1998, she graduated in Law in 2023 from the University of Milan with a thesis in Criminal Law titled: “Sexual acts without consent and secondary victimization: a comparison between the Italian and French systems”, supervised by Professor Angela Della Bella.

During her fourth year, she participated in the Legal Clinic of Criminal Justice at the University of Milan, coordinated by Professor Angela Della Bella, where she collaborated with Attorney Valentina Alberta on criminal execution matters. During her studies, she spent a semester at the Université de Montpellier as part of the Erasmus+ program.

Since October 2023, she has been completing an internship at the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Milan (under Article 73 of Legislative Decree 69/2013), V Department: Protection of Family, Minors, and Other Vulnerable Persons (supervised by Public Prosecutor Grazia Colacicco).

Since October 2023, she has been a Ph.D. student in Criminal Law at the Department of Legal Sciences “Cesare Beccaria” at the University of Milan.
