Cecilia Pasini

Law graduate

Born in 1999, in October 2023 she graduated in Law from the University of Milan, discussing a thesis in Criminal Law entitled “Hunger strike in prison: right to health and therapeutic self-determination freedom of inmates”, supervisor Professor Angela Della Bella. As part of the University Legal Clinic, she took part in the Street law project, being active with a legal help desk for foreign inmates at the Bollate and San Vittore institutes in Milan. Since January 2024 she has been carrying out the traineeship at the Court of Milan.
