It provides answers to the most frequently questions asked by foreign inmates we have interviewed. It serves as a small guide to understand how to deal with these complex rules both during detention and after release.

The handbook is the result of a research conducted by the Criminal Justice Legal Clinic during the 2021/2022 academic year and has still been updating.
